A large hospitality property needed to replace aging UPS systems protecting two mission-critical rooms. Kaizenerds assessed the site, sized modular Eaton 9PXM UPS systems for each room for roughly two hours of runtime at estimated loads, replaced the old units and bypass switches, restored building power, and added Brightlayer remote monitoring with on-site deployment and staff training.

Kaizenerds designed an APC refresh of 10 Smart-UPS units matched to each closet, including lithium-ion short-depth models, and added 7 network management cards with automated safe shutdown and three years of EcoStruxure cloud monitoring. The customer's network manager approved the design.
